Nightly Rate starting at $2500.00 What does the nightly rate include? Our nightly rate includes all pre‑arrival and post‑departure professional housekeeping, premium linens, amenities, and full property preparation—with no added cleaning or setup fees. Housekeeping included in the rate is for stay preparation only and is not a daily service. Is daily or mid‑stay housekeeping available? Yes. Optional mid‑stay or daily cleaning is available upon request at $100 per hour (2‑hour minimum). Dishwashing is not included. Are taxes included? No. Hawaiʻi requires a combined 18.5% lodging tax (State TAT, County TAT, and GET) on all vacation rentals, which is added to the rental total. Each quote is prepared based on number of guests, length of stay and Use Type. Please disclose any plans for events to include vow renewal, weddings, catered dining. These actives must be disclosed during inital booking proess.
