Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions reservation totals is determined by/not limited to; length of stay, number of guests, and use type.  The rental agreement is based on these determining factors, signed guest, and becomes binding upon initial deposit.  Payment terms are based on arrival date.  If greater than 90 days prior to arrival 50% of the total becomes due.  Remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival.  If reservation is secured at 90 days or less, the total amount becomes due to secure reservation dates.  The guest is purchasing/securing specific dates, not an all-inclusive vacation.  In order to protect against unforeseen cancellations, guest is recommended to secure Travel/Trip Insurance.
